2. Service Categories

2.1 Professional Services

Includes live training sessions, workshops, and consulting tailored to organizational or individual needs. Scheduling is based on mutual agreement.

2.2 Info-Products

Comprises digital courses, guides, and recorded materials accessible via our learning platform upon full payment.

2.3 Tangible Goods

Physical items such as certification kits or printed manuals shipped to the address provided during purchase.

3. Purchase and Delivery

Professional services commence on the agreed date. Info-products are available immediately after confirmation. Tangible goods are shipped within 5 business days and tracked via standard shipping providers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Professional Services

Cancellation requests received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start entitle the client to a full refund, processed within 14 business days to the original payment channel. Requests made less than 48 hours before start do not qualify due to resource allocation.

4.2 Info-Products

Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon confirmation. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no refund is available once access credentials are issued. If materials are defective or inaccessible, clients may request a replacement or refund within 7 calendar days of access.

4.3 Tangible Goods

Clients may request a refund within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non refundable. Approved reimbursements are completed within 10 business days after inspection, via the original payment channel.

5. Modification of Terms

ITProtectLab may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or posted on ITProtectLab.pro with an updated effective date.
